Dr. Hessing is an Obstetrician Gynaecologist; she has been working in this speciality since 2012.

She received her training at the premier University of the West Indies. She is an individual with high ethical standards. Her motto is “live a purpose-driven life”.

​

Dr. Hessing is unique in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, in that she has a unique scientific background, double major in biotechnology. She is highly precise and analytical in her approach to patient diagnosis. Patients appreciate and respect her firm yet accommodating demeanor.

​

Her special interest is in viruses and their impact on female health. This is especially relating to Cervical Cancer prevention. It is Dr Hessing’s passion to aide in fulfilling the WHO mandate in the elimination of Cervical Cancer by 2030.

​

Dr. Hessing has vast experience in the hospital and outpatient care of complicated and chronic gynae and obstetric conditions, having worked in high volume institutions.

​

When Dr. Hessing is not studying or with her patients, she enjoys spending quiet time with family, and enjoying some hearty laughs with friends. She also loves to sing.
